This website operates under the ZigToys brand. In this Legal Notice, “ZigToys,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the seller operating the ZigToys store.

2. Product Information and Corrections
We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, recommended ages, safety warnings, and other information accurate. We may correct errors or update information when necessary.
Corrections do not automatically alter the agreed terms of an accepted order. Changes are handled under our Terms of Service and applicable law.
Screen settings and lighting may affect how images appear. This does not remove your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

Your rights concerning non-delivery, faulty goods, cancellations, and refunds remain protected by applicable law.
Product instructions, age recommendations, safety warnings, and supervision requirements do not remove our responsibility for product safety or other obligations imposed by law.

We do not control independently operated websites. This does not exclude responsibility that remains ours under applicable law, including obligations relating to providers we use to fulfill orders.
6. Relationship with Store Policies
Our voluntary return policy allows you to request an eligible return within 28 calendar days after delivery and send the item back within 28 calendar days after notifying us.
Eligible returns are free. ZigToys covers return shipping costs and does not charge return handling, restocking, or refund processing fees.

Our voluntary policy supplements statutory rights. Nothing in this notice replaces the separate statutory cancellation rules or removes a remedy required by law.
7. Applicable Law and Updates
Governing law and the courts with authority to hear disputes are determined under applicable legal rules. Mandatory consumer protections remain available.
If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible.
We may update this notice and will show a revised date, with additional notice where required. Updates will not retrospectively reduce rights under an accepted order.
